By using the AirTemp app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The Service
AirTemp provides weather information based on your location and allows location search. Weather data may be delayed or unavailable at times.
3. Ads and Subscriptions
The app may display ads and offers a premium subscription that removes banner ads and may unlock extra features. Subscription billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and may renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
Purchases, billing terms, free trials, pricing changes, and refunds are governed by your app store's policies and not by AirTemp directly.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its services.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, trademarks, and branding are owned by AirTemp or its licensors.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirTemp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date above when material changes are made.
